"Taste & Listen" Pop Up Dinner - Where Culinary Art Intersects With Performance Art

Latin Flavor

Calling all Foodies and art lovers: Enjoy an artistic interpretation of a multi-continent inspired cuisine choreographed to live music creating an unforgettable dining experience. On Friday, July 15th local Trails & Vistas artist, Nancy Tieken Lopez, and the Stella Kitchen Team lead by Chef Ben Knox of The Cedar House Sport Hotel will create a Pop Up Dinner exhibition titled "Taste & Listen."

Taste & Listen will be a new, adventurous, and entertaining musical dinner event, in which Chef Ben Knox of The Cedar House Sport Hotel, Truckee, CA will use unique spices, and fresh ingredients to prepare the  evenings food while being inspired by the music of India, Spain, and Africa. Dinner guests will enjoy a five-course meal with live music from three continents to create a musical dinner experience as art.

The Stella Pop Up Dinner Series is designed and formatted like a spirited dinner party. Guests are encouraged to walk around the kitchen, joining conversations that are free flowing, robust and even educational. Guests are seated communally and each course is served at the same time with some commentary from the Stella Kitchen team.

This will be an exceptional event embracing all of the senses, a culinary journey of art and music, we are thrilled to be able to introduce this to the community.
